I offer both "hourly" and "flat fee" services.
I use flat fee services when the cost of per hour would be unreasonable, not the other way around.
Price is not everything, but quality of service is.
I know the kid next door may charge less.
I also know what my competitors charge for their services.
My goal is to provide high quality professional services at a very reasonable and affordable rate.

Why call a geek or nerd when you need a professional technical support specialist?
To be honest, I don't know why. Maybe it's name-brand recognition.
The name recognition I enjoy is a referral from people I've done work for.
